Mollet's Lemon Vodka Parfait
4-6 Servings
3 Egg yolks
100 g sugar - whisk until foamy
1 large Lemon - Zest and Juice
500 ml Vodka - add to mixture
250 g Whipped creamy - fold into above mixture

- fill into preferred container and freeze over
night .
- can be served with fresh fruits or a berry compote.
- allow to sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes before serving
